If the answer is yes then please read on and learn a little more about what we have to offer you and why we consider ourselves different than other breeders out there.

First we pride ourselves in the love of the breed and learning as much about them as we can. We keep up to date on medical findings and research percentages and what lines are affected. For example: did you know that only 11% of the labrador retriever population tests less than Excellent when it comes to hips. Were you aware that some smaller breeds actually rate worse on hips than Labs do?

Second there are no special building, kennels, or barn. Instead the Pups of all ages are kept in the house with us. They have their own door, to let themselves out when they need to go potty. They sleep on the furnature. In fact 2-3 sleep in bed with us during the night with a morning snuggle to follow. The puppies also stay in the house with us. They are whelped in the living room right with us and as they grow and need more space we expand their space. Plus as they get older they usually get private time in bed with us.

Third, we begin to potty train by 4 weeks old and pending any unforeseen circumstances they should be 80% or better at potty training when they head home to their families. We have found that because we are with them nearly 100% of the time we are able to give them specialized attention.

Fourth, we start the pups on training including basic obedience and scents. We do this because we feel that this early neurological stimulation makes for a brighter puppy that is willing to learn. This also gives us the chance to evaluate the pups in the litter to see who would do good at hunting, show, companion, or service work.

Fifth, we take the time to help you, the puppy parents out and require that you stay a part of our lives so that we know what is new and coming with the pups. This lets us know the accomplishments that the pup has obtained, any health issues along the way and be here for questions.

Sixth, we have contracts that we enforce. There is a contract for spay/neuter companion pups. Health guarentee for genetic health, eyes and hips.. If you are applying to adopt a Labrdogs Pup you will be required to fill out an application so that we may get to know you better. We will also at that time require a down payment (non-refundable) $100 which covers our time spent with initial paperwork and will hold your place. Payment in full will be due at time of pick-up. Puppies are picked in order of deposits once they reach 4 weeks old. If you don't find a pup that is sticking out your deposit will be held until next litter and forfited if no pup is picked from the second litter unless agreed upon as we have done for others. Deposit is applied to adoption fee.

Can you find the above with a another breeder?

The pups we sell are between $500-1000. Besides the above depending upon the package you shoose we send home with our new puppy parents, top quality food to get you started, collar, leash, toys, treats, chews, at least 2 sets of shots, microchip registered in your name, & wormed at least once to make sure they are clear of worms.
