I am a hobby show breeder. I breed one to two litters a year. My greatest success has been with my standard wirehaired dachshunds, but I have added miniature wirehaired dachshunds in the last ten years. They are bred down in size from my standards. All pet pups are sold on limited registeration with fenced areas required in most cases.

We acquired our Wirehaired Standard Pup from Lynn Cope at Jeric’s Kennel in 1996. My family had gotten in contact with Lynn via the AKC and then made arrangements to meet with her at an upcoming Dog Show in our area. The visit was a very positive experience, it was easy to recognize that Lynn was in the business, not a puppy mill, to place and match the wirehairs with the respective families. Wait waited anxiously for about six months, then the call came the West Family’s pup was ready to be picked up. Pheebee was the best dog we ever had, my fishing partner, she passed away in 2009 and is missed and cannot be replaced. Our name is in that hat again at Jeric’s Kennel for another companion and we are so much looking forward to getting a new addition to our family and a new fishing partner. The Wests of Roswell, GA

We purchased a mini wirehaired female from Jerics in late March 2009. We couldn't be happier with our Lyric. Lynn runs a professional operation with well cared for, healthy, socialized dachshunds. We were able to see several generations of Lyric's champion relatives. When we are ready for another doxie we will go to Lynn.
